Some clients post no more than 1 job in their first year and use iCasting just to get familiar with the platform. That's why with iCasting Pro, we remove this risk for you. If you posted no more than 1 job in your first subscription year and receive the renewal invoice? Let us know, and we'll credit that invoice. You'll use iCasting Pro completely free for the second year.

You notify us, we handle the rest

Didn't use your Pro subscription in the first year? Let us know as soon as you receive the renewal invoice via the contact page.

Posted max 1 job? Invoice credited.

If you posted no more than 1 job in your first year, we'll fully credit the renewal invoice. You'll use iCasting Pro free for the second year.

More cost-effective than per-job pricing quickly

If you post more jobs, Pro becomes more cost-effective than pay-per-job after just 6 jobs.

The usage guarantee applies to clients with an active iCasting Pro subscription. Submit your claim as soon as possible after receiving your renewal invoice via the contact page. See our terms of delivery for full terms and conditions.

For talent

Signing up and applying is always free for talent

Creating a profile, receiving casting calls, and applying is completely free on iCasting. There's no registration fee. We only deduct a 3% administration fee when your casting fee is paid out via iCasting.

Can I cancel at any time?

Your Pro subscription runs annually and is cancellable up to 1 month before the end of your subscription year. If you pay per job, you're not committed to anything.

What if I don't use my Pro subscription in a year?

If you posted no more than 1 job and receive the renewal invoice? Let us know, and we'll credit that invoice. You'll use iCasting Pro free for the second year. Read more about our usage guarantee.

What happens after posting a job?

After posting a job for free, you decide whether to continue: choose to pay per job or get a Pro subscription.

Are there hidden fees in the price?

No. The stated amounts are exclusive of VAT, and there are no additional charges for using the chat, posting media, or contacting talent within your subscription.

Will the price for talent change?

No. For talent, signing up, maintaining a profile, and applying will always remain completely free, regardless of which package a client chooses.

Can I switch plans mid-term?

Yes, you can switch from pay-per-job to iCasting Pro mid-term. You can start this yourself via the iCasting Pro page, or contact us via the contact page.

How and when do I pay?

Pay-per-job payments are settled at the time of posting; the Pro subscription is billed annually in advance.
