Why we do this

Born out of frustration with slow casting processes

iCasting was founded on a simple frustration: finding suitable talent often took clients days, while talent had little visibility of the opportunities available. Agencies often sat in the middle, creating delays, unclear fees and limited transparency for both sides. We believed it could be faster, fairer and more direct.

That is why we built a platform where clients can search, filter and book talent themselves, while talent stays in control of their own profile and applications. No intermediary deciding who gets to connect with whom—just a smart search engine that finds the right match faster.

Since then, iCasting has grown rapidly: from a small platform in Zwolle into a network of more than 140,000 talents and over 1,500 clients across the Netherlands. Our AI-powered search technology becomes smarter with every new casting call, making results increasingly relevant—not only for models and actors, but also for dancers, presenters, extras and voice-over artists.

Clients can choose between paying per casting call or an annual iCasting Pro subscription. Payments are made through the balance linked to your account. When a talent fee is paid out through iCasting.
