1. When should you report something?
Report a user, profile, casting call or other situation through this page when you encounter:
- a false or misleading profile;
- a request to transfer money before a casting call has been carried out;
- intimidating, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour;
- sexual harassment, discrimination, hate speech or violence;
- a suspicion that someone is misrepresenting themselves;
- a suspicion of human trafficking, exploitation or other forms of serious abuse;
- a casting call that appears to violate laws and regulations, such as child labour, unsafe working conditions or unpaid work;
- the posting of unlawful content, such as copyright-protected material, nude photos without consent, or other infringements of third-party rights;
- the unauthorised collection, sale or transfer of talent's personal data;
- the use of automated software to collect or misuse data from the platform;
- other violations of the Terms of Use, Terms of Delivery or Online safety.
Also see our Online safety page for recognisable warning signs and practical tips.
2. How do you submit a report?
Preferably use the report form below. If this is not possible, you can also contact us through the contact page.
Include as many details as possible with your report, such as:
- the type of report, for example fraud, intimidation, unsafe casting call, copyright infringement or other misuse;
- the username, profile or casting call in question;
- a clear description of what happened;
- the date and time of the incident;
- screenshots of messages, profiles or other relevant information;
- links to the relevant content on the platform;
- any emails, chat messages or other evidence.
The more context you provide, the faster and better we can act.
3. What happens after your report?
After receipt, we will send a confirmation within a reasonable period. Depending on the nature of the report, we may:
- remove or make the reported content inaccessible;
- restrict, suspend or terminate a profile or account;
- remove or block a casting call;
- issue a warning to the user concerned;
- conduct additional investigation;
- in serious cases, involve the competent authorities.
Insofar as legally permitted and appropriate, we will inform the reporter of the outcome of the assessment. In some cases, we may not be able to share all details due to privacy, security or an ongoing investigation.
4. Confidentiality and protection of the reporter
We handle reports confidentially. We share the reporter's personal data only with persons who need it for the assessment and handling of the report, or where we are legally required to do so.
We encourage users to report when they suspect misuse. We ask you to make reports based on a genuine suspicion and not to misuse this procedure for intimidation, revenge or other unlawful purposes.
5. Objection to a moderation decision
Do you disagree with an iCasting decision regarding the removal, restriction or inaccessibility of your content or account? You can submit a reasoned objection through the contact page. We will carefully assess objections and inform you of the outcome, unless legal or security reasons prevent this.
6. Contact
