This disclaimer applies to the iCasting platform and associated websites and applications and to IQ-Concepts B.V., collectively referred to as "iCasting". iCasting makes every effort to keep the information on the platform, including profile data, casting calls and general content, current and accurate. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that all content will at all times be complete, accurate or up to date. Profile information is provided by users themselves and is not fully verified by iCasting in all cases. Opinions expressed in any editorial content, blog posts or news items on the platform are those of the relevant author and do not necessarily reflect the views of iCasting.

No rights may be derived from the information on iCasting. Clients and talent are advised to always confirm important arrangements, such as fees, location and time of a casting job, directly and in writing before starting a collaboration.

2. No liability for user interactions

iCasting facilitates contact between clients and talent, but is not a party to the agreements they make with each other. To the extent permitted by law, iCasting is not liable for disputes, damage, lost income or other consequences arising from interactions between users, including but not limited to no-shows, non-payment or dissatisfaction with the performance of a casting job.

3. Links to third parties

The platform may contain links to websites or services of third parties, for example portfolios, talent's social media profiles or external payment services. iCasting has no control over the content of these external websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or operation.

The inclusion of a link does not mean that iCasting recommends or endorses the relevant third party. Use of external websites is at your own risk.

4. Changes to the platform

iCasting may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform, including functionality and available information, without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, iCasting is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from such changes.
